We’ll develop a customized Chart of Accounts unique to your business, based on your industry and recurring business activities.

Training & Setup

We’ll provide basic training and setup of your business in our preferred cloud-based software, QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Reporting

We’ll prepare a monthly package of the 3 financial statements and present the numbers to you in a way that you can easily understand.

Accounts Payable

We’ll establish an efficient and organized system to keep track of all bills, and make sure they are paid in a correct and timely manner.

Accounts Receivable

Working hand-in-hand with Accounts Payable, we’ll set up a separate system to track all invoices and make sure you always get paid.

Clean Up

When deemed necessary, we’ll delve deep into your books and review all existing records to make sure everything is accurate and up-to-date.
